Braves trade rumors: Kyle Wright

In four games with the Braves, Wright is 3-0 with 24 innings pitched. He’s given up three hits and six walks while hitting three batters by pitch. He has struck out 34 batters. He has a 34.4% CSW rate.

Wright relies on a curveball, four-seam fastball, a sinker, a changeup, and a slider. Five pitches seem much for a young pitcher, but he seems to be having good results in keeping batters off balance.

The curveball averages 84.3 mph with 46.6-inches of vertical drop and 65% active spin.

Wright is definitely a good young pitcher that will have the eye of many teams around the trade deadline.
