. LB. New England Patriots. BJ Ojulari. 15. player. 47

The New England Patriots had one of the stranger NFL Drafts in recent memory, taking a presumed third-round pick in the first round, and then selecting a quarterback when they already have Mac Jones on the roster. Still, this is Bill Belichick, so no matter what he does in April, he should be in the mix for a playoff spot in December.

Looking at the roster, the Patriots could use some young help at the linebacker spot, and BJ Ojulari is one of the best defensive ends/linebackers in the country. He is going to be a key for the LSU Tigers in 2022 after breaking out in 2021 and is the kind of defensive talent Belichick could mold into a Pro Bowl player.

Brandon Joseph. 16. player. 28. . S. Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders were another team that had a surprising draft, taking two running backs and two defensive tackles when the position groups were not ones with pressing needs. Still, this is one of the more talented Raiders teams that we have seen in quite some time, especially after adding Chandler Jones and Davante Adams this offseason.

In terms of the future, they need a safety to play alongside Trevon Moehrig, and Brandon Joseph from Notre Dame could be the answer. He is filling in for 2022 first-round pick Kyle Hamilton with the Irish in 2022, and in 2023, could replace a former first-round pick in Johnathan Abram.

17. player. 59. . DT. Miami Dolphins. Bryan Bresee

The Miami Dolphins will once again hold multiple first-round picks, and you have to think that this is a franchise on the rise. If Tua Tagovailoa can improve with a new head coach in the mix, this roster has the potential to at least be a Wild Card team next season.

In the 2023 NFL Draft, one prospect that stands out is Bryan Bresee, who was once the No. 1 rated high school player in the country. He is an absolute monster in the middle of the Clemson defense, and at the next level, he could be a legitimate Pro Bowl guy right out of the gate.

player. 35. . WR. Tennessee Titans. Marvin Mims. 18

The Tennessee Titans are a team that has come along since Mike Vrabel took over as head coach, and they brought in some playmakers across the first three rounds. Treylon Burks could replace AJ Brown as the No. 1 wideout in Tennessee, and they also got their potential next franchise quarterback in Malik Willis.

Overall, it was an excellent haul for Tennessee, and in 2023, maybe they go wide receiver in the first round once again. Marvin Mims and Burks could help the fans forget about Brown for a while, giving either Willis or Ryan Tannehill two dangerous weapons on the outside.
