By Fansided
The NHL Playoffs have begun and here are all of the NHL streams fans can catch Capitals vs. Panthers Game 1 on Tuesday night.
With the NHL Playoffs finally underway, the Florida Panthers are trying to execute a plan they set in motion long before nailing the trade deadline. The Eastern Conference has belonged to the Panthers all season long, and Florida’s finest enters the playoffs as the top team in the conference and perhaps the favorite to win the Stanley Cup.
Colorado and Calgary would like a word, but perhaps they’ll get one in a month.
For now, the Panthers are embarking on a potential championship run by opening the first round against Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals. We’re only a handful of seasons removed from the Caps winning the Cup, but it wasn’t that long ago that the trope was Ovi couldn’t get out of the first round.
That’s what the Panthers are hoping they’re getting, and not getting the Capitals force that tore its way to a title back in 2017-18.
