Blue Jays star Vladimir Guerrero Jr. broke his bat with the power of a thousand suns after another strikeout against the New York Yankees.

Vladdy is one of the best, if not the best, player in MLB for a reason. The kid is not used to struggling in general. Even one at-bat wasted is too many.

Against the Yankees on Wednesday afternoon, Vlad Jr. struck out with his team facing an early 3-1 deficit. The end response was not a positive one from the Toronto baseball star.

Such a bat snap would make Bo Jackson — the strongest baseball player many of us have ever seen — jealous.

Alright…Bo’s might be a little more intense. The man was walking down the first-base line and broke the bat over his helmet! That will never happen again, nor should it.

Blue Jays: Michael King shouldn’t make Vladimir Guerrero Jr. look bad

This is nothing against King, he’s just a mere mortal. Guerrero Jr. is a baseball god. There is a difference.

The smart money is on Vladdy breaking out of his mini-slump quite soon.

Meanwhile, the Yankees took an early advantage thanks to five RBIs from Gleyber Torres, including a short porch home run. That should help with Vlad Jr.’s rage, if he hasn’t already turned into the Incredible Hulk.
