Golfers from around the world will descend on Brookline, Massachusetts this week for the US Open with fans of the game coming along to cheer them on.
For the first time since 1988, the Open is being staged at The Country Club, the 140-year-old club perhaps best known for Francis Ouimet’s stunning upset in the 1913 US Open.
This year’s competition boasts a winner’s share of $3,150, 000 in 2022 and will feature the best the golf world has to offer.
Of course, that means it’s a coveted ticket for golf fans wanting to watch the action in person.
US Open tickets prices: How much are tickets for The Country Club?
If you’re looking for tickets to this year’s US Open Championship, it’ll cost you a pretty penny.
For Thursday, tickets in the gallery start a just under $400 with Friday, Saturday and Sunday tickets all around $500 or more.
The most expensive tickets could run you as much as $3,000
John Rahm won the US Open in 2021 at Torrey Pines. He’ll look to defend his title against favorites like Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas and Scottie Scheffler.
Phil Mickelson, who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons thanks to his affiliation with the LIV Golf tour, will also compete in an effort to complete the career grand slam that has eluded him.
Unfortunately, Tiger Woods opted to sit out while allowing his body to continue to heal.
