Braves: Blooper eviscerates Dodgers over their World Series ring
By John Buhler
Atlanta Braves mascot Blooper sure had some fun at the Los Angeles Dodgers’ expense.
While at Dodger Stadium for the 2022 MLB All-Star Game festivities, Atlanta Braves mascot Blooper let it be known that not all World Series rings are created equal, Los Angeles Dodgers fans.
Atlanta and Los Angeles have met in the last two NLCS, with the winner of the NL pennant going on to win the World Series. The Braves won their first world championship in 26 years last season, while Los Angeles raised its first championship banner since 1988 after the COVID-shortened 2020 campaign. While both championships are still seen as such, Blooper likes his one way better.
Though he was trying to be nice inside his frenemy’s house, Blooper is, at his core, a Braves troll.
Good job by Jomboy Media for decoding Blooper’s cryptic Twitter message: Micky Mouse ring.

Here is to the Braves and Dodgers meeting once again in October with bragging rights on the line.
Atlanta Braves: Blooper trolls Los Angeles Dodgers’ Mickey Mouse championship
Let’s be real. When is Blooper ever going to have an opportunity to top his greatest troll job of all time? While he is at every Atlanta home game, he usually has other engagements to attend to throughout Braves Country whenever his team is on the road. Making it to Dodger Stadium with all the other mascots sounds like a blast, but why not stick it to a rival team you absolutely hate?
While there are no guarantees the Braves have what it takes to repeat as World Series champions, it serves fanatics like Blooper to relish in last season’s monumental accomplishment for as long as possible. After all, this was the only championship his favorite team has ever won in his lifetime. As far as the Dodgers are concerned, one more title with this core will get them off the schneid.
If Los Angeles’ only World Series title throughout the Clayton Kershaw era, so to speak, came in a 60-game, COVID-shortened season, one that was played almost entirely without fans present, yes, that would feel especially hollow. In the meantime, Los Angeles is in a group of about eight teams, along with the Braves, who have serious aspirations of raising the Commissioner’s Trophy.
Nobody can ever take away the fact from Braves Country that Atlanta won the 2021 World Series.
