Grown man fighting with children for Justin Verlander’s autograph is absolute worst.
We’ve all been there. We see a celebrity and we want to get their autograph … but not many of us have fought children in order to get said autograph (at least we hope not). But that’s what a San Diego Padres fans did when he saw Astros pitcher Justin Verlander.
Check out this video of the man elbowing a child to get closer to Verlander and Kate Upton.
It’s hard to tell in the video, but it looks like he got the autograph which makes it so much worse.

Fans in the comments of the video went after the guy (rightly so).
“That’s a grown a** man btw,” someone replied to the video. Another fan agreed and wrote, “Exactly those little kids got a lifetime to get an autograph let the geezer get some shit signed.”
“I speak for all people over 25 years old, stop that s**t,” someone said.
“As a padres fan we don’t claim him,” a fan tweeted.
“Whoever it was signing should have taken the ball, signed it, then given it to a kid,” someone else said.
Even an MLB player knows how wrong this is.
Honestly this is nothing new, grown men pushing kids for balls, taking foul balls from kids, taking the ball they knew damn well we were tossing to a kid. Be better people https://t.co/kNlIRIFf1P

Take this as a lesson to all who are reading … don’t be this guy.
