Predictions for 1 first-time Pro Bowler on all 32 NFL teams
Carolina Panthers: DJ Moore, WR
When it comes to the Carolina Panthers’ offense, the issue certainly has not been wide receiver DJ Moore, who has put together three straight 1,000-yard seasons. The issue has been at the quarterback position, so hopefully, Baker Mayfield can change the fortunes of the passing game.
For Moore, his NFL career has gotten off to a solid start statistically, and the best could be yet to come. Moore appeared in all 17 games last season and is considered a very underrated wideout, a moniker he could change with a Pro Bowl season in 2022.
Chicago Bears: Roquan Smith, LB
When looking to put this piece together, Roquan Smith being the pick for the Chicago Bears was not even a thought, as the fact he has yet to be a Pro Bowler is head-scratching. Smith is by far one of the best linebackers in the game and has been a second-team All-Pro player in each of the last two seasons.
A first-round pick of the Bears back in 2018, Smith started all 17 games for Chicago last season, setting a career-high with 163 tackles. He even picked up his first NFL touchdown in 2021, picking off Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and taking it back 53 yards to the house.
