12. WR Julio Jones
Heās been limited to just 19 regular-season games the past two seasons as injuries have become a factor. But could he be in line for NFL Comeback Player of the Year honors in 2022?
In late July, wide receiver Julio Jones signed a one-year deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It will be the veteran pass-catcherās third team in as many years. Will he return to his Pro Bowl form with veteran quarterback Tom Brady getting him the football? In any case, the talented pass-catcher has already built quite the resume.
The Atlanta Falcons gave up plenty to move up to the sixth spot in the 2011 NFL Draft to nab the former University of Alabama standout. And in 10 seasons with that franchise, he earned Pro Bowl accolades seven times and was named All-Pro twice. His numbers with the Falcons alone read 848 catches, 12,896 yards and 60 scores.
A year ago, he was dealt to the Tennessee Titans and played in only 10 regular-season games for Mike Vrabelās club. He caught just 31 passes for 434 yards and one touchdown. He managed six receptions for 62 yards in the playoff loss to the Bengals but was released by the club this offseason. But Jones bears watching in 2022.
