8. DT Ndamukong Suh
To this day, the second overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft seems to carry the stigma of being a ādirty player.ā Of course, there was that Thanksgiving Day incident at Detroit vs. the Green Bay Packers in his second season in which he physically battered offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith that resulted in an ejection from that game followed by a two-game suspension that year.
But in a dozen NFL campaigns with four different franchises, those are the only contests that defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has missed during a solid career. And itās worth noting that heās mad at least one playoff appearance with each of those clubs. The five-time Pro Bowler and three-time All-Pro has played in a combined 12 postseason games with the Detroit Lions, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
All told, Suh has amassed an impressive 70.5 sacks, to go along with nine fumbles recoveries (3 returned for touchdowns). And heās also managed to come up with seven sacks in those dozen playoff contests.
As of this writing, Suh remained an unsigned free agent. But that doesnāt mean thereās not a market for the consistent veteran. It would be a major surprise if he didnāt suit up for a team in 2022. Of course, stranger things have happened.
