5 biggest snubs from AP College Football Preseason All-American team
By John Buhler
Let’s get battery-throwing mad about the AP College Football Preseason All-American teams.
With Week 0 this weekend (hell to the yes!), let’s get a little too fired up over what the AP decided to put together for its college football Preseason All-American teams, alright.
The AP made up not one, but two All-American squads, chock full of amazing college superstars we know so much about already. However, not all of these players will end up being All-Americans at the end of the year. There are a handful of players who were either short-changed by the AP or were left off either of the two teams entirely. We’re not getting mad, we’re just getting even, baby!
Here is what the AP got 1,000 percent wrong because like TLC, we don’t want no snubs.
College football: 5 players who were snubbed on Preseason All-American Team
Tank Bigsby is arguably the best running back in the SEC, but where you at, bruh?
Though we should not have any issues with Bijan Robinson (Texas) and TreVeyon Henderson (Ohio State) being the two first-team running backs, as well as Deuce Vaughn (Kansas State) occupying the all-purpose player role, Tank Bigsby is the best running back in the SEC. Who cares if Auburn projects to be the worst team in the SEC West, Tank is a freaking tank, bruh. Where you at, Tank?
While here is to being wrong, how sure are we that Braelon Allen (Wisconsin), Sean Tucker (Syracuse) and Jahmyr Gibbs (Alabama) are all better than Bigsby? Allen and Tucker may have earned their nods, but Gibbs bailed on the Ramblin’ Train Wreck that is Geoff Collins’ Georgia Tech to run the football for Nick Saban, alright. Bigsby has earned better than to be snubbed like this.
Look for Bigbsy to run through the SEC defenses like s**t through a tin horn into the Iron Bowl.
