Next NBA free agents to be signed: Paul Millsap
Paul Millsap is a four-time All-Star and spent last season with the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. His playing time was cut in half last season compared to the season before, an indication that the 2006 draftee might be coming to the end of the road in the NBA.
Millsap recently spoke about struggles he’s endured over the last few years and appears to be in a good headspace:
Man! Playing in this @AEBLHOOPS got me feeling good. It’s been a tough 2 years with losing my grandfather in 2021 and then my granny in 2022. Hoops was the last thing on my mind. I say all this to say that you don’t have to go through it alone! You can make it. Just keep going!

Millsap has been participating in some Pro-Am games this summer and definitely appears to still have it:

The Suns are a team looking for a post-up power forward, a potential destination for the NBA vet:
Hearing the Suns will now turn their attention to try and obtain a post-up Power Forward. They have the cap-payer exception still available to them.

Next NBA free agents to be signed: Jeremy Lamb
After a quiet 10 years in the league, Jeremy Lamb remains a free agent deep into this offseason. After spending his career with the Thunder, Pacers, and most recently the Kings, the role-playing wing is looking for a new home.
Lamb’s frequent injuries, compounded by the fact that he will fill an end-of-bench kind of role this season, is likely what’s keeping teams away so far, but he could be a valuable addition on a veteran minimum contract.
He’s averaged 10.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game throughout his career.
