Georgia football released a hype video one week ahead of their regular-season opener against the Oregon Ducks.
The college football season began this weekend, technically known as Week 0. While there were some big name schools like Nebraska, Florida State, and North Carolina playing, the rest of the nation will begin their campaigns this upcoming week. One team that will begin their season are the Georgia Bulldogs, the reigning CFP National Champions.
On Sept. 3, Georgia, the No. 3 ranked school in the country, will host the No. 11 Oregon Ducks. As if fans were not already hyped to see the Bulldogs defending their national title, the program’s official Twitter account released the following video:
Georgia football’s latest video will hype up Bulldogs fans
This year, there was a lot of turnover for the Bulldogs. In the NFL Draft, 15 Georgia players were selected, the most-ever in the seven-round format. Then, there is the fact that they will not have defensive coordinator Dan Lanning, as he is the head coach of Oregon after Mario Cristobal left for Miami. Even so, the team is still loaded with talent.
Even so, the program is stacked with talent.
The offense will be lead by Stetson Bennett, whose solid play under center helped Georgia will the national title. Also in the offense is tight end Brock Bowers, who caught 56 passes for 882 yards and 13 touchdowns last season.
As for the defense, they did see three of their star players get selected in the first round. Yet they still have some serious talent on the 2022 roster, including defensive tackle Jalen Carter, who could be an early first-round pick in next year’s NFL Draft.
Bulldogs fans, the season is just days away. Just in case you needed some more material to hype you up, Georgia’s social media team has you covered.
