8. Week 1 Fantasy Football RB sleepers: Mike Davis, Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens have had pretty bad injury luck within their running back group over the past year. Since then, they’ve loaded up and added Mike Davis and Kenyan Drake to a group that already includes J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards. With the health of Dobbins and Edwards up in the air, Davis and Drake could be in line to handle the bulk of the work.

While Drake is the more talented player, Davis has had a full offseason with the team and is the best bet to handle the early down work this week. He has sneaky FLEX value in Week 1.

7. Week 1 Fantasy Football RB sleepers: Sony Michel, Los Angeles Chargers

Sony Michel’s tenure in Miami didn’t last long, but he quickly found a job with the Los Angeles Chargers, who have been searching for a change of pace back for Austin Ekeler. That hasn’t been a fantasy-relevant position since Ekeler took the job over from Melvin Gordon several years ago, but it could be because the Chargers haven’t had a solid option.

If things work out right, Michel could be looking at 10-plus touches and possible goal-line work for the Chargers. In what may be a high-scoring game against the Raiders, Michel’s value may be going unnoticed. He’s a name to keep an eye on.
