Cooper Rush is now 3-0 filling in for Dak Prescott as the Dallas Cowboys quarterback in his illustrious playing career.
They might be the New York Giants, but they’re not the boss of Cooper Rush now.
Life may be unfair, but the Dallas Cowboys are 2-1 on the season and now 3-0 when Rush starts games over Dak Prescott. Although Prescott should be returning to their starting lineup in short order once he recovers from his busted thumb, people are starting to recognize what we all should have known about Rush coming out of Central Michigan: This dude can absolutely ball out, bruh!
As expected, Cowboys Twitter reacted accordingly to the accession of the newest star in The Lone Star State. This town ain’t big enough for the both of them, so we better get ready for a good, old-fashioned shootout in the town square, or at The Star in Frisco in this case. While nobody will be hurt in the making of this spaghetti western, Rush has not been this popular since I Love You, Man.
We were all slapping the bass mon, big time, Peter Klaven style, after the big win for Big D.
Dallas Cowboys Twitter is experiencing a Cooper Rush of blood to the head
Starting in Prescott’s place, Rush has put a smile upon all of our faces.

Cooper Rush has been outstanding. Receivers have played poorly to this point. Noah Brown excluded.

Cooper Rush has never lost a game as a starting quarterback in the NFL.

When the clocks struck zero on Monday night, it was Rush who proved victorious. (You are).
The #Giants claimed Cooper Rush off waivers from the #Cowboys in 2020, then cut him. Twice.

Out of the NFL for a month before Dallas re-signed him after Dak Prescott’s injury that year, Rush is now 3-0 as starting QB after throwing for 215 yards and a TD in tonight’s 23-16 win.
All I know is this: I'm certainly not saying Cooper Rush is better than Dak Prescott ... BUT HE HAS PLAYED BETTER IN HIS THREE STARTS, TWO ON THE ROAD, THAN DAK HAS AGAINST GOOD TEAMS OVER HIS LAST 12 GAMES.

This man has played admirably in Dak’s absence
Not to say this is a warning sign for Prescott’s job security, but we all know Jerry Jones has never been beneath playing politik.
Is Cooper Rush good?

Someone other than Cooper Rush needs to step up on this next drive for the #Cowboys.

He's doing his job. Help him.

While everybody over in Amsterdam can see this, it does not take a mad scientist to figure this out. Dallas has two good quarterbacks, which in a way means they don’t have one. Rush may have benefited from this incredibly small sample size, but he has made the most of his opportunities. Though he may have to leave Texas to get his day in the sun, he only has to find some daylight…
Truth be told, a whisper is echoing from the Star in Frisco, one that Rush may be a guy,
berry
man.
