3. Rashaad Penny, RB, Seattle Seahawks (vs. Detroit Lions)

Rashaad Penny has found himself in the middle of a committee backfield, with rookie Kenneth Walker getting snaps, as well as DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer. However, Penny is still the clear-cut starter for now. He’s leading the team in carries with 34, though his yardage hasn’t been very good on what touches he’s gotten. The starter on Seattle, who is a run-heavy offense, should still be on fantasy radars.

The Lions have given up the sixth-most rushing yards per game so far in 2022, as well as the most fantasy points through three games to running backs. If Penny can continue to lead the Seattle backfield in carries, while potentially even carving out a larger role, he’ll be in for a productive day against a bad Detroit run defense in what should be a competitive game.
