On Sunday night, the Kansas City Chiefs took care of business against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a big win for them after losing to Indianapolis the week before. Patrick Mahomes remains one of the elite signal-callers in the NFL, and as long as he is employed by the team, they are going to continue to be one of the best teams in the AFC.

Looking ahead, the Chiefs may want to add to their pass rush, and Tyree Wilson from Texas Tech is one of the premier edge rushers in this draft class. He would be a long-term solution coming off the edge on a defense that has been better than advertised this season.

As of now, the Minnesota Vikings hold the No. 30 overall pick in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, but nobody really thinks they will finish here. For that to happen, the Vikings would have to lose in the NFC Championship game, and while they have talent, they are not at that level right now.

Still, here is where they are, and with this selection, they should look to bring an elite cornerback into the fold in Joey Porter Jr. from Penn State. As long as Aaron Rodgers is in your division, you must be strong in the defensive backfield, and Porter is one of the few NFL-ready corners in this class.
