8. Caleb Huntley, Atlanta Falcons

Caleb Huntley has been a close RB2 behind Tyler Allgeier in place of the injured Cordarrelle Patterson. Huntley out-carried Allgeier 16-15 in their impressive victory over the 49ers, and he’s simply looked like the better back.

This week, Huntley gets the mediocre Bengals rushing defense, and after an impressive display in Week 6, he could be in line for more of a 50/50 split this week. His ceiling isn’t too high, but the Falcons like to run the ball and he could see decent volume.

7. Michael Carter, New York Jets

Speaking of teams that like to run the ball — the New York Jets have steamrolled opponents en route to a 4-2 record. Their elite run game and stout defense have allowed them to control games (and hide Zach Wilson’s poor play)

While Michael Carter appears to be a distant RB2 to Breece Hall, this team is around the top of the league when looking at rushing attempts and yards per game. He’s a low-upside, decent-floor play in Week 7.
