By Jakob Ashlin
Let’s break down 10 wide receiver sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 7.
Week 7 of the NFL season is here, and it marks the bye week for some key fantasy football wide receivers. Cooper Kupp, Stefon Diggs, Gabe Davis, Justin Jefferson, Adam Thielen, A.J. Brown, and DeVonta Smith will all be unavailable this weekend.
If you’re looking for a wide receiver sleeper to target, here are 10 options. Every player listed is widely available in ESPN leagues.
10. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 7: Dee Eskridge, Seattle Seahawks
Rostered: 0.3 percent
Tyler Lockett missed practice on both Wednesday and Thursday, and he is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Lockett has been dealing with a hamstring injury, but he was able to play last week. Nevertheless, if Locket is ruled out this week, Eskridge will become an intriguing under-the-radar option. The former second-round pick had three receptions for 39 yards last week, and he would take on a larger role.
9. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 7: Kalif Raymond, Detroit Lions
Rostered: 0.3 percent
Josh Reynolds and DJ Chark did not participate in Thursday’s practice, and both players are listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. It is possible that Raymond could serve as the Lions’ second wide receiver on Sunday. Over the last two games, he has received in an increase in volume recording eight receptions for 83 yards on 12 targets.
If Reynolds and Chark are out, Raymond is worth a flier.
