Who will be playing on Monday Night Football this week?

Get past your Monday blues with ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Here’s who you’ll be watching in Week 9’s iteration of the NFL‘s early weekday game.

Who plays on Monday Night Fooball tonight, November 7th?

  • Matchup: Ravens @ Saints; 8:15 PM ET
  • FirstEnergy Stadium; New Orleans, LA

You can watch the game on Fubo.tv.

The 5-3 Ravens travel to New Orleans to take on the 3-5 Saints. Most will expect this game to be uncontested, but the Saints may have found their stride last week considering they shut out the Raiders 24-0.

Riding that momentum against one of the league’s highest-scoring offenses, perhaps the defense can put up another clinic and the offense can do its job to put the Saints in a position to win.

Alvin Kamara stepped up as a leader and addressed the Saints locker room, letting them know that their lack of discipline won’t get them far. Then, he scored three touchdowns and was the bulk of the offense in Week 8.

Without Michael Thomas, and having made no moves at the trade deadline, he may have to be just that yet again.

Meanwhile, Lamar Jackson is proving he’s worthy of a giant contract extension, on pace for 3,474 passing yards (would be the most of his career in a season) and over 1,000 rushing yards, too. He leads the league in yards per rushing attempt (7.4).

The Ravens could use more receiving help, but Mark Andrews is quickly becoming one of the better receiving TEs in the league with over 400 yards receiving and five touchdowns.

Baltimore’s defense has forced 15 turnovers, third-most in the league. The Saints are dead-last in giveaways with 16, so expect this to be ugly and get out of hand quickly if those two things hold.

How many primetime games do the New Orleans Saints have this year?

The Saints got three primetime games in the schedule this year, and have one left after this one in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A lot could change between now and then, but the NFC South is in shambles and that game could very well determine the division winner.
