Let’s break down the five best fantasy football pickups to make for Week 10.
The NFL trade deadline had a big impact on the fantasy football landscape. We saw some of the immediate ramifications in Week 9. Chase Claypool, T.J. Hockenson, Jeff Wilson Jr., Nyheim Hines, and Kadarius Toney made their debuts with their new teams. Meanwhile, Chase Edmonds will make his debut next week with the Denver Broncos.
Conversely, the Packers’ inability to close a deal held them back against the Detroit Lions. With Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, and Randall Cobb dealing with injuries, Aaron Rodgers struggled to get into the end zone.
Without further ado, let’s take a look at the five best fantasy football pickups to make for Week 10. Every player listed is available in at least 50 percent of ESPN leagues.
Fantasy Football: 5 best pickups to make for Week 10
5. WR Terrace Marshall Jr., Carolina Panthers
Rostered: 8.4%
After playing only six total offensive snaps in the first four weeks, Marshall has become a key contributor in the Panthers’ passing attack. The former second-round pick has been the team’s clear No. 2 wide receiver since the Robbie Anderson trade.
Since that trade, Marshall is second on the Panthers in receptions (9), receiving yards (171), and targets (27) trailing only D.J. Moore, and he keeps improving every game.
- Week 7 vs. TB: 2 receptions, 31 yards
- Week 8 at ATL: 4 receptions, 87 yards
- Week 9 vs. CIN: 3 receptions, 53 yards, 1 TD
With another matchup against the Atlanta Falcons next week, Marshall is an underrated fantasy pickup.
