10 WR sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 10
By Jakob Ashlin
6. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 10: Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Rostered: 6.8%
After missing the last two games, Collins returned to practice on Wednesday in a limited capacity. On Friday, he was practicing in pads.
The 2021 third-round pick was building some momentum before suffering an injury against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7. He was averaging 61.5 receiving yards in his previous four games.
Texans’ lead wideout Brandin Cooks missed last week’s game due to personal reasons. The rebuilding Texans are 1-6-1 this season. I would not be surprised if the 23-year-old Collins took on an even larger role as the season progresses.
5. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 10: Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars
Rostered: 33.2%
Jones has been a valuable fantasy wide receiver at times this season; he has produced double-digit fantasy points in three individual games, including a 24.5-point performance against the Chargers in Week 3.
Jones has a favorable matchup this week against the Kansas City Chiefs, who have given up the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers this season.
