Rostered: 6.7%

After missing two games with a groin injury, Collins suited up on Sunday, and he had a nice return with five receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown on a team-high ten targets.

The ten targets in particular stand out. Brandin Cooks’s future with the franchise is murkier than ever. I predicted that the 23-year-old Collins could play a larger role down the stretch, and he looked like the Texans’ clear No. 1 receiver on Sunday.

Notably, Texans head coach Lovie Smith said Collins needed to get the ball more following the game.

“Probably as many targets as he’s had and rightfully so,” Smith said via KPRC’s Aaron Wilson. “Good football player. We need to get him the ball more.”

Prior to his injury, Collins was building some positive momentum. He was averaging 61.5 receiving yards in his previous four games, while averaging only 4.5 targets per game. With an increased workload, Collins is an appealing FLEX option.
