Parris Campbell pays tribute to Ohio State teammate Dwayne Haskins before MNF

Parris Campbell honored his former Ohio State teammate and former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins ahead of Monday Night Football.
Back in April, former Washington and Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins tragically passed away at the age of 24. While he was doing some offseason training with Steelers teammates, Haskins was struck by a vehicle while walking on the side of a highway in Florida. The Steelers paid tribute to Haskins, with players wearing his No. 3 on their helmets for the entire 2022 season.
On Monday night, the Steelers were the visiting team, taking on the Indianapolis Colts. One of the stars on the Colts offense is wide receiver Parris Campbell, who was teammates with Haskins during their time playing for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Ahead of kickoff at Lucas Oil Stadium, the very building where both won the Big Ten Championship in 2017 and 2018, Campbell wore a shirt with Haskins’ likeness on it as a way to honor his former teammate.

In the 2018 Big Ten Championship, Haskins threw for 499 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception in the 45-24 win over the Northwestern Wildcats.
Haskins was named the Rose Bowl MVP after he completed 25-of-37 pass attempts for 251 yards and three touchdowns in the 28-23 win over the Washington Huskies.
That year, Campbell caught 90 passes for 1,063 yards and 12 touchdowns, earning him First-team All Big Ten honors. In the aforementioned Big Ten Championship Game in 2018, Campbell caught seven passes for 89 yards.
In the Rose Bowl, Campbell recorded 11 receptions for 71 yards and a touchdown.
Both players declared for the 2019 NFL Draft. Haskins was selected 15th-overall by the now-Commanders. Campbell was picked by the Colts in the second-round (59th overall).
This season with the Colts, Campbell recorded 44 receptions for 440 yards and three touchdowns on 60 targets (11 games).
