Bryan Reynolds rumors: 3 monster trade packages to make the Pirates budge

Bryan Reynolds rumors may soon take over the MLB Winter Meetings. The longtime Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder has requested a trade from the Bucs. Getting the Pirates to budge will be difficult.
Reynolds is a low-cost outfielder who has a ton of talent. Nearly every team out there could use him.
To land Reynolds, it’s going to take a monster trade package. Do these three clubs with a need in the outfield have what it takes to get the Pirates to give in?
1. Bryan Reynolds rumors: The Mets make sense if they lose Brandon Nimmo
If the New York Mets lose Brandon Nimmo, getting involved in the Bryan Reynolds rumors should be a part of their offseason plans. Most teams can only swing one big trade in the winter. The Mets have pieces they could deal away to acquire him. Could this deal get it done?
The Pirates receive major league pitcher Tylor Megill to immediately help the club. They also land minor leaguers Alex Ramirez (4), Mark Vientos (7), Blade Tidwell (8), and Jose Butto (15) from the Mets.
For New York, the biggest bite from their organization is the loss of Ramirez. The 19-year-old has all of the makings of becoming a future star. He’d be a must in this trade for the Pirates to find some salvation in losing Reynolds.
Other players the Mets sacrifice in this trade are more palatable. Vientos has no real place with the major league team while Tidwell and Butto are pitchers with a lot of mystery to them. Tidwell’s future if far brighter than Butto whose ceiling could have him in the bullpen.
The trouble the Mets could run into with making a pitch to trade for Reynolds is how stacked the Pirates already are with young talent at certain positions. Ke’Bryan Hayes and Oneil Cruz on the left side of the infield plus Henry Davis on the farm as a catcher could have Pittsburgh aiming to land pitchers and outfielders in the trade.
Is it enough? Someone can offer a better package.
