Brazil faces off against Croatia in the quarterfinals of the 2022 World Cup on Friday, Dec. 9 at Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan, Qatar. Here’s how to watch.

The Brazil juggernaut continues in Qatar on Friday when the five-time World Cup champions play Croatia in the quarterfinals of the World Cup.

Brazil thumped South Korea 4-1 in the round of 16, a game that saw the injured Neymar return to action with a goal after sitting out two games during the group stage. He had suffered an ankle injury in the team’s first match against Serbia.

Croatia, runners up to France at the 2018 World Cup, overcame giant-killers Japan on penalties after a 1-1 deadlock following 120 minutes of action. Croatia goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic mad three saves in the shootout.

Neymar has scored 76 goals for Brazil in all competitions, including friendlies, and is just one shy of the mark set by the legendary Pele.

Brazil and Croatia have met twice at the World Cup, both occasions during the group stage. In 2006, the Selecao won 1-0 on a Kaka goal. At the 2014 World Cup played in Brazil, the hosts defeated Croatia 3-1 with Neymar netting a pair of goals.
