Best fantasy football pickups for Week 16: RB Zack Moss, Indianapolis Colts

Rostered: 0.7%

Jonathan Taylor exited Saturday’s game with an ankle injury. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Taylor suffered a high-ankle sprain, and he is “highly unlikely” to play again this season.

With Taylor out on Saturday, Moss handled a surprisingly large workload. Moss had a whopping 24 carries for 81 yards. As of Monday morning, he is tied for the second-most rushing attempts this week; only Christian McCaffrey received more (26).

From a fantasy perspective, Saturday was not the most impressive performance from Moss. His 3.4 yards per carry were underwhelming, and he failed to record double-digit fantasy points. Regardless, he has immense value, as the go-to running back in Indianapolis. Fantasy owners should monitor updates on Taylor this week. If he is indeed out for an extended period of time, Moss is a nice pickup with a strikingly low rostered percentage.
