Best fantasy football pickups for Week 16: WR Treylon Burks, Tennessee Titans

Rostered: 46.3%

Burks has missed the last two games with a concussion, but he remains one of the best waiver wire options in fantasy football leagues. Prior to his injury, he was in the midst of a breakout stretch. From Week 11 to Week 13, he scored the 21st-most fantasy points among wide receivers. To make matters even more impressive, he missed the majority of his Week 13 game.

The Titans placed big expectations on the shoulders of Burks, when they traded away A.J. Brown. The first-round pick has started to cement his role as their top wide receiver. From Week 10 to Week 12, he led the Titans in receptions (14), receiving yards (205), and targets (20).

Upon his return, Burks is a very appealing fantasy option. He will close the regular season with a favorable stretch of matchups. Burks’s final three scheduled opponents are the Houston Texans, Dallas Cowboys, and Jacksonville Jaguars. All three of those defenses allowed 30+ points in Week 15.

He should be rostered in most leagues.
