3 trade destinations for Zach LaVine if Chicago Bulls part ways

1. Trade destinations for Zach LaVine if the Chicago Bulls part ways: Los Angeles Lakers
Lastly, the Lakers have been center of another major storyline recently. Star forward Anthony Davis went down with an injury, and now Los Angeles needs to figure out how to thrive without their best player.
Without Davis, the Lakers have a huge hole to fill, especially when it comes to scoring. That, at the very least, is something LaVine can help them with.
LeBron James is 38 and almost to the end of his storied career, but would likely jump at one more opportunity to win a ring. Adding a guy like LaVine would help the cause, although what exactly would Los Angeles give up?
Any deal for LaVine would almost have to include the contract of Russell Westbrook, who will be a free agent after his $47 million salary is up next summer. For the Bulls, this move would be admitting they must rebuild again and would give them a large amount of cap space.
The Lakers, along with Westbrook, would need to trade at least a pair of first-round picks. Those would come in 2027 and 2029, but would the Lakers be open to dealing them? That’s the big question.
LaVine would be a huge get for the Lakers, but they’d need to be willing to move their picks to do so.
