5. Top Fantasy Football Pickups For Week 17 – Jacksonville Jaguars D/ST

Streaming defenses can be a winning strategy in fantasy football and the top unit to grab for Week 17 is Jacksonville. The Jaguars put on a defensive clinic against the New York Jets in Week 16 and are now set for a tremendous matchup in title week against the Houston Texans, the owner of the worst record in football.

There is a significant revenge factor in this game for Jacksonville since they are the only team that Houston has beaten on the year. There is also a lot more on the line for the Jaguars, who control their own destiny in the AFC South and can win the division by winning out.

There hasn’t been a ton of foresight to scoop up Jacksonville, which is rostered in just 17 percent of leagues. Claiming the Jaguars is a must move even if you have a good defense in order to block your opponent from using them against you.
