Chicago Bears College Football Playoff Draft Target: DJ Turner, CB, Michigan

Michigan has to be embarrassed with their performance, and undoubtedly, their defense deserves as much blame as the offense for making several big mistakes. But still, a couple of Wolverines players are moving on to the NFL, and one is their speedy cornerback DJ Turner, whom the Bears must take a long look at.

In terms of length, aggression, and the mentioned speed, Turner is a natural fit. Additionally, he has a nose for the ball. Unfortunately, the Horned Frogs exposed a few weaknesses that may bite back in watching the tape.

Still, defensive coordinator Alan Williams, for all the faults the defense has had this year, knows a good defensive back when he sees one. If he can clean up Turner’s game, the Wolverine might become a better Bear.
