5 Sean McVay replacements the Rams need to call immediately

Jim Harbaugh
Well, here we go again… Jim Harbaugh could be, might be, and possibly will consider leaving Michigan this offseason.
Really, who the heck knows with this guy, but Harbaugh’s name must be mentioned with any NFL head coaching gig.
Specific to the Rams, Harbaugh has led winning teams in the NFC and gotten the most out of quarterbacks over the years. He’s coached in California, leading the 49ers to a 44-19 record over four years with the team, including an NFC Championship in just his second year.
Publicly, Michigan and Harbaugh have said he plans on being in Ann Arbor. Optically, though, there are sanctions that could be coming down from the NCAA and he interviewed for a head coaching gig in the NFL last offseason.
It seems like it’s only a matter of time before Harbaugh wants to get back into the NFL world, and the right opportunity could be back in sunny California with the opportunity to work alongside Matthew Stafford.
