Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers wouldn’t commit to a future with the franchise after losing to the Lions on Sunday night.

The Packers No. 12 may have walked off the Lambeau Field grass for the final time as a player on Sunday night, as Green Bay fell to the Detroit Lions, thus ending any postseason aspirations.

Green Bay had played better in recent weeks, but in Week 18 looked like their early-season selves. Bad turnovers, inefficient offense and a lack of splash plays in other facets of the game doomed the Packers, and gave a feisty Lions team with little to play for just enough hope.

After the game, Rodgers and Randall Cobb walked off the field together, arm in arm, in what looked like a critical moment in their Packers career. Rodgers didn’t want to swap game jerseys with Jameson Williams of the Lions, stating this one was special.
