Bold predictions for Chiefs vs. Jaguars: Travis Kelce and Evan Engram combine five touchdowns

This might be the boldest prediction of all of them. But, at the same time, there’s reason to believe it could be done.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has had himself some monster games over the course of his career. He’s even scored an unbelievable four touchdowns in one game. Kelce is no stranger to multi-touchdown performances. They come fairly often for a guy who’s going down as one of the best to ever do it.

But on the other side, the Jaguars have a tight end that’s become quite the secret weapon of this offense. Evan Engram battled injuries throughout the start of his career with the Giants but came on this season as one of Lawrence’s top targets.

In the first three games of Jacksonville’s 5-game win streak to end the year, Engram had at least eight targets each contest. The very first of those five wins saw Engram have a career game, hauling in 11 passes for 162 yards and two scores.

In this game, Engram once again goes for two touchdowns, but only to be outdone by Kelce’s trio. Engram and Kelce both end the day with no fewer than six catches each, and with a combined five receiving touchdowns.
