NBA All-Star schedule 2022: Times, TV channels, lineups for Slam Dunk Contest, 3-Point Contest, Skills Challenge

NBA All-Star Weekend is about a lot more than just the NBA All-Star Game. Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for the rest of the festivities.
The NBA All-Star Game has often paled in comparison and cultural relevance to the events of All-Star Saturday night, where the Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest and Slam Dunk Contest are held. Here are the players who will be participating in these athletic showdowns.
2023 NBA All-Star Weekend Schedule
Friday, Feb. 17
- NBA All-Star Celebrity Game — 7:00 p.m. ET (ESPN)
- NBA Rising Stars Challenge — 9:00 p.m. ET (TNT)
Saturday, Feb. 18
- NBA HBCU Classic: Grambling vs. Southern — 4:00 p.m. ET (ESPN2)
- NBA All-Star Saturday: Skills Challenge, 3-Point Contest, Slam Dunk Contest — 8:00 p.m. ET (TNT)
Sunday, Feb. 19
- NBA All-Star Game — 8:00 p.m. ET (TNT)
2023 Skills Challenge participants
Three teams of three players competed in a new format, involving dribbling through obstacles, passing through an upright hoop and dribbling the length of the court for a lay-up.

Eight players compete in the 3-point contest and so far, we’ve been introduced to five of them.

2023 Slam Dunk Contest participants
The current dunk contest format has two rounds and starts with four competitors. They each attempt two dunks in the first round and the two players with the highest combined scores advance to the final round. That last round also includes two dunks and the highest combined score wins.
