There are nine NBA games to bet on Saturday, and if you’re looking for picks, you’ve come to the right place.

I have three best bets for today’s NBA slate, so let’s not waste any time and dive right into them.

Best NBA bets today

  • Lakers -110 vs. Pelicans
  • Bulls -4.5 vs. Trail Blazers
  • Warriors -10.5 vs. Mavericks

Lakers -110 vs. Pelicans

The Lakers and the Pelicans are similar in a lot of ways, which is likely why the game is set as a pick’em.

The two teams rank fourth and fifth in two-point shot rate, with over 65% over their shots coming from two-point range. With that in mind, it’s important to note that it’s Los Angeles that has the much stronger interior defense. The Lakers rank 16th in opponent two-point field goal percentage while the Pelicans rank 26th in that stat.

The Pelicans also have a big issue with turnovers, ranking 20th in opponent turnover percentage.

Love the Lakers here at a pick’em.

Bulls -4.5 vs. Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers are completely fade-worthy on the road. Their effective field goal percentage drops 4.3% on the road compared to at home.

Chicago is also the far superior defensive team in this matchup. The Bulls come in at 12th in defensive efficiency while Portland has been one of the worst defensive teams all season, ranking 25th in that statistic.

With the game taking place in Chicago, I’ll jump on the Bulls as 4.5-point favorites.

Warriors -10.5 vs. Mavericks

Luka Doncic is out of the lineup tonight against the Warriors, which makes the Mavericks extremely vulnerable.

The Warriors and Mavericks are the top two teams in the NBA in three-point shot rate, but it’s the Warriors do it more effectively, ranking fifth in NBA in three-point field goal percentage while Dallas ranks 14th.

You can’t ignore the Warriors home/away splits. At home, their average scoring margin is +6.3. That’s 12.2 points better than their average scoring margin on the road, which is -6.5.

The Warriors home court advantage and a lack of Luka Doncic will lead to a Golden State blowout in this Western Conference showdown.
