Las Vegas Raiders’ Davante Adams continues to send crystal-clear signals to former teammate Aaron Rodgers, fueling the rumors of a potential reunion in the near future.

Davante Adams wants Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers to join him in Las Vegas, and he’s no longer being subtle about it.

Adams signed with the Raiders last offseason in a blockbuster trade, but after a disappointing first season in the silver and black, the elite wideout appears to want his old quarterback back.

Adams and Rodgers played together for eight years in Green Bay; during that span, Adams earned five Pro Bowl nods and recorded 1,300-plus receiving yards in three seasons.

Adams capped off his 2022 season with a league-leading 14 touchdowns and 1,516 yards, yet given the Raiders’ 6-11 record in one of the most competitive divisions in the league, Adams knows Las Vegas won’t be a serious playoff contender without an elite quarterback (sorry, Derek Carr).

Davante Adams is desperately still trying to recruit Packers QB Aaron Rodgers

A few days ago, the Raiders receiver tried recruiting Rodgers through social media posts and got trolled by Rodgers shortly after.

Now, Adams is trying a more direct route and recently told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that he would be “one million percent” in favor of Rodgers coming to the Raiders this offseason.

After the Pro Bowl games on Sunday, Adams told reporters:

"“Would I be interested in having Aaron Rodgers throw to me? Yes. I would love that…. I would love to have that, and obviously, that would be a dream scenario. One that I’m very familiar with.”"

Unfortunately for Adams, it seems his feelings toward Rodgers are unrequited at the moment.

Rodgers is patiently contemplating his future as a Packer and as an NFL player, and even if he did want to reunite with Adams, Rodgers isn’t being included in Green Bay’s current trade discussions.

In the event that Rodgers and the Packers start heading down an irreparable crash collision course, the Raiders will be one of the first teams to give Rodgers a call.
