As if! Twitter reacts to ‘timeless’ Alicia Silverstone Clueless commercial.
The 90s have never been cooler.
The fashion is back, the music is cool again, and “Clueless” is back on the big screen (well, your TV but you get it). On Sunday Alicia Silverstone reprised her role as Cher from the iconic teen movie for an epic Super Bowl commercial for Rakuten.
The commercial is set like the debate scene in the movie where she “totally” says we should invite the Haitians to dinner. But now she’s explaining why shopping with Rakuten is the way to go. There are even cameos from “Project Runway” designer Christian Siriano and original cast member of Clueless, Elisa Donovan.
