Genesis Invitational 2023 tee times, field, purse, odds and how to watch
The Genesis Invitational takes us to beautiful Riviera Country Club with Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm and more teeing it up on the PGA Tour.
Riviera Country Club is one of the best venues on the PGA Tour every season and that’s where we’re heading this week for the second straight designated event, the 2023 Genesis Invitational. The big news, though, regards the host, Tiger Woods. After playing only in major championships last year, Woods will be teeing it up this week at the event he hosts annually.
Of course, he’ll be joined by some massive names alongside him in this elevated field with Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth, WM Phoenix Open champ Scottie Scheffler, past champion Max Homa and many, many more in the field this week. And it just so happens to be the same week that the Full Swing Netflix documentary drops.
It’s going to be a tremendous week of golf this stacked field, Tiger Woods and a ton of money on the line. Here’s everything you need to know about the 2023 Genesis Invitational, including how to watch.
Genesis Invitational tee times, field 2023
The biggest name in the field is obviously Tiger Woods given that he’s making his first start since The Open Championship in 2022 and his first PGA Tour start since the 2020 ZOZO Championship. But with this being an elevated event, nine of the Top 10 players in the current OWGR will be playing along with 23 of the Top 25. Defending champion Joaquin Niemann, however, will not be in the field after departing for LIV Golf.
Here’s a look at the field committed to the 2023 Genesis Invitational.
Note: Maverick McNealy, Webb Simpson, Chris Kirk and Davis Riley have withdrawn from the tournament. Sponsor’s exemption Jack Wall has been added to the field.
