The Los Angeles Rams will make their first pick of the 2023 NFL Draft on Day 2, as their first-round pick will be selected by the Detroit Lions at No. 6 overall. With this pick, Los Angeles starts to build back up the defensive line, adding edge rusher Will McDonald IV from Iowa State.

It has been a solid offseason so far for the franchise, as head coach Sean McVay will return in 2023, as will all-world defensive tackle, Aaron Donald. Winning in 2023 will be paramount for this team, and McDonald should thrive on a defensive line where the focus is on the future Hall of Famer in Donald.

The Seattle Seahawks hold three of the first 37 selections in the 2023 NFL Draft and will pick four times overall across the first rounds. After seeing Russell Wilson perform in 2022, and making the playoffs themselves, the early return is that they won the trade with the Denver Broncos, but we will see how Wilson performs with Sean Payton in Denver this season.

Regardless, Seattle is in a great spot, and after bolstering both sides of the line with their first two picks, they go linebacker here at No. 37 overall. Drew Sanders transferred from Alabama to Arkansas, became an All-American, and when all is said and done, should be a top-40 pick this April.
