The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to make a push in the Western Conference playoff picture when they take on Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving on Sunday afternoon.

There are several ways to bet on this matchup, but my favorite may be in the prop market, especially since oddsmakers have hung a curious line for Anthony Davis’ rebounds in this game.

Let’s break down the best props for this game:

Lakers vs. Mavericks best NBA prop bets

  • Josh Green OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made
  • Malik Beasley OVER 14.5 Points
  • Anthony Davis OVER 11.5 Rebounds

Josh Green OVER 1.5 3-Pointers Made

Josh Green is really coming into his own this season, playing an extended role since the Kyrie Irving trade and shooting 41.4 percent from 3 on the season.

Green should get plenty of chances against a Lakers team that loves to push the pace (No. 2 in the NBA), and he’s hit multiple 3-pointers in five of his last seven games.

What’s even better is the volume for Green, as he’s taken at least four shots from deep in all but one of those matchups. Take the OVER for him on Sunday afternoon.

Malik Beasley OVER 14.5 Points

Malik Beasley has two 20-point games since being traded to the Lakers, and he could see an expanded offensive role on Sunday with D’Angelo Russell (ankle) listed as doubtful.

Beasley is a streaky shooter, but when he’s on he can light it up, as evidenced by his 25-point game (7-for-11 from 3) against the Golden State Warriors.

Dallas ranks just 23rd in the NBA in defensive rating, so I wouldn’t be shocked to see Beasley score a lot in a potentially high-scoring affair.

Anthony Davis OVER 11.5 Rebounds

This may be my favorite prop in this game, as Anthony Davis is averaging 12.3 rebounds per game and has grabbed 12 or more boards in five of his last seven matchups.

The Mavericks are a terrible rebounding team, ranking 29th in the league in rebounding percentage this season.

Dallas also lacks a true inside presence to contain Davis on the offensive glass, which gives him a higher ceiling in this prop. With this number below AD’s season average, I love the OVER.
