2. Keion White, EDGE, Georgia Tech

White is a player whose stock is on the rise as the pre-draft process rolls along. He tested well at the combine which only emboldened scouts who liked his collegiate film to classify him as a top-20 pick.

There’s no denying that White is an electric athlete, but there are valid questions about his understanding of the game. He’s the sort of rookie that will need a lot of intense coaching during his first campaign before he’s ready to play meaningful snaps.

Drafting White and letting him learn from Haason Reddick could be the perfect scenario for White and the Eagles. He needs to learn how to translate his athletic gifts into concrete results. Reddick is one of the best in the business at using his speed to torment opposing quarterbacks.

If the Eagles zero in on White as their ideal draft pick they will face a nervous wait as teams start to go on the board in the middle of Round 1. He’s got the sort of high ceiling as a prospect that can cause some teams to fall in love. If he is on the board when Philadelphia goes on the clock at 30 it would be very surprising to see him slip past them.
