This is a great matchup of the top teams in each conference, but all eyes are going to be on the MVP race with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic, both two-time MVPs, going head-to-head. They’ll both want to make a statement after Joel Embiid had a monster game in a loss to Golden State last night.

Let’s check out the prop market for Denver and Milwaukee.

Bucks vs. Nuggets Best NBA Prop Bets

Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 30.5 points (-115)
Nikola Jokic OVER 47.5 points+rebs+asts (-105)
Jamal Murray UNDER 21.5 points (-110)

Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 30.5 Points(-115)

Giannis is going to want to make a statement in the MVP race, seemingly off the pace and behind Joel Embiid and Jokic, but a huge game in this head-to-head can flip that in an instant. Denver is 21st in the NBA in opponents two-point field goal percentage, 56.3%, so Giannis can dominate the paint.

Nikola Jokic OVER 47.5 Points+ Rebounds + Assists (-105)

Jokic will have a serious test tonight against Milwaukee’s defense because Brook Lopez is a Defensive Player of the Year candidate and if Jokic gets by him, Giannis is lurking in the paint looking to cause havoc defensively. They matchup well against Jokic as a scorer, but that just means he’ll get things done as a passer and a rebounder if his shot isn’t falling. He will inevitably fill the stat sheet and he’ll get him numbers.

Jamal Murray UNDER 21.5 Points (-110)

Speaking of great defenders on the Bucks. Jrue Holiday might be the most prolific. He’ll be draped all over Murray making his day miserable and that’s how much of March has been for Murray. He’s averaging 19.7 points a game this month and is only shooting 43% from the field despite hitting over 40% from three. He’s not been able to finish around the rim this month and just getting past Holiday is only the first test, then finishing over Giannis and Brook Lopez might be the tougher one.
