By Scott Rogust
Just prior to the start of the highly-anticipated WWE WrestleMania 39, NXT will hold its annual Stand and Deliver event. Here’s everything you need to know.
WWE will be taking over the Hollywood area this week, as WrestleMania 39 will emanate from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. on Saturday, Apr. 1, and Sunday, Apr. 2. As has been an annual tradition, WWE’s NXT brand holds their own huge show on WrestleMania weekend. This year is no different.
This weekend, NXT holds their annual Stand and Deliver event, this year at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, home of the NBA’s Lakers and Clippers.
There are seven matches set to take place on this show. The main event will be NXT champion Bron Breakker defending against Carmelo Hayes. These two wrestlers have become the biggest stars in the brand, and will without a doubt be making the transition to the main roster. But first, they determine who is the best, and take the coveted championship.
There are also other huge matches on the show, such as an unsanctioned grudge match between Johnny Gargano and Grayson Waller, and NXT women’s champion Roxanne Perez defending against Zoey Stark, Gigi Dolin, Tiffany Stratton, Lyra Valkyria, and Indi Hartwell in a ladder match, and more!
Here is all of the information you need to know regarding the NXT Stand and Deliver event, including what time it starts, where to watch it, the full match card, and more.
