NBA Play-In Tournament 2023: How to watch Bulls vs. Heat
By Scott Rogust
The Chicago Bulls and the Miami Heat will battle for the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference in the NBA Play-In Tournament. Here is what time they’ll play and how to watch the game.
There are now two teams and one playoff spot remaining in the Eastern Conference. The Chicago Bulls will travel to Miami to take on the Heat, with the winner earning the eighth seed in the playoffs and a chance to face the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round.
The Heat had an opportunity to clinch the seventh seed on Tuesday night with a win over the Atlanta Hawks. Instead, they lost 116-105 after Trae Young scored 25 points and Clint Capela hauled in 21 rebounds.
Meanwhile, the Bulls took on the Toronto Raptors for a chance to play in the eighth-seed game. After not having a lead since early in the second quarter, the Bulls came back in the fourth quarter to pick up the 109-105 victory. Credit can be given to DeMar DeRozan’s daughter, Diar, who threw the Raptors off at the free throw line from the crowd, leading to 18 missed shots.
