2023 NFL Draft: Official Draft Week full two-round mock

56. . S. Cincinnati Bengals. Brian Branch. 28. player

Going into the 2023 offseason, the priority for the Cincinnati Bengals was to get better up front along the offensive line. They addressed those needs via free agency, and now, holding the No. 28 overall pick, they can turn their attention to a defensive backfield that needs some reinforcements.

Jessie Bates III left for Atlanta via free agency this offseason, creating a big hole at the safety position. While the safety position is not deep this year in terms of the draft, Brian Branch is a first-round talent and should be the first player in the position group to come off the board.

player. 15. . Edge. New Orleans Saints. Isaiah Foskey. 29

It has been a very interesting offseason for the New Orleans Saints, who should have their long-term answer at quarterback in Derek Carr. Adding Carr via free agency gives the Saints their best quarterback since Drew Brees, and now that there is stability there, they can work on fixing their defense.

New Orleans needs help coming off the edge, and Notre Dame star Isaiah Foskey has the talent to land in the first round this draft season. Foskey set the Notre Dame career sacks record during his time with the Irish and should have no problem at the next level getting after the quarterback.
