Greatest outfits in NBA Draft history: 4. Drew Gooden

Drew Gooden showed up in a very interesting suit on his way to being drafted by the Grizzles with the fourth overall pick in the 2002 draft. He wore a very cool suit that was a one-piece trenchcoat and which bore a striking similarity to Dr. Evil’s suit.

Gooden ended up having a very solid career in the league, playing 14 seasons with 10 different teams and averaging 11.0 points and 7.1 rebounds for his career. He was never quite the star the Grizzlies may have been hoping for when they took him No. 4 but his draft-night suit makes him a legend we’ll never forget.
