Bulls struggles make them perfect trade partner for Heat, Lakers or Knicks

2. Los Angeles Lakers
The Lakers need an offensive spark. They are 24th in the NBA in offensive rating (112.0). LaVine, who has averaged 20+ points per game for six consecutive seasons, is a logical fit. On December 11th, The Athletic's Shams Charania reported that the Lakers are expected to be suitors for LaVine.
LaVine's trade value is expected to be low. He has four years worth $178 million left on his current deal. However, that does not mean the Bulls will not get any value for him. Remember, the Washington Wizards received four first-round pick swaps and six second-round picks in the Bradley Beal trade, despite his four-year, $208 million contract.
This deal would allow the Lakers to acquire LaVine while holding onto Austin Reaves. Hachimura and Hood-Schifino are two talented, young players who could become long-term pieces for the Bulls. Russell is included to make the salaries work. He could be rerouted to a third team, so Coby White can remain at point guard.
