1. New England Patriots head coach, Bill Belichick

If Bill Belichick does part ways with the New England Patriots, it would be one of the biggest plot twists in NFL history if the New York Jets hired him. Since becoming the head coach in New England, the 6x Super Bowl champ has dominated the Jets franchise.

Before you completely write this off, just think about it. If the Patriots fire Belichick after all he’s done, the best way to stick it to them would be to go to a team that plays them twice a year. On top of that, everyone always says he isn’t anything without Tom Brady. Imagine Belichick coaching Rodgers.

It’s almost the same thing all over again. If Belichick wants to get that one ring without Brady, his best option could be with the Jets. They have an MVP-caliber QB and a lights-out defense.

Only time will tell if the Jets head coaching position comes open. With the way it looks now, Saleh isn’t doing himself any favors. If continues to show he doesn’t have what it takes, bringing in Belichick would be the best way to reach the end goal in 2024.
