The Miami Dolphins and this situation between Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin has gotten messier and messier as it goes on. After hearing voicemails left by Incognito on Jonathan Martin’s phone the Dolphins suspended Incognito. There are even reports that he is going to be cut and that the Dolphins are ‘done’ with him.

“The Miami Dolphins have suspended Richie Incognito for conduct detrimental to the team,” a statement from the team released Sunday night read. “We believe in maintaining a culture of respect for one another and as a result we believe this decision is in the best interest of the organization at this time. As we noted earlier, we reached out to the NFL to conduct an objective and thorough review. We will continue to work with the league on this matter.”

An NFL Personnel guy even joked that Incognito should file his retirement papers. As more and more people dig for warning signs, including examining Incognito’s social media history more details come out.

The Cincinnati Bengals played the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night and there was an interesting bit from the program. Players were asked who the easiest teammate to scare was and Incognito named Martin.
